Glory to Jesus Christ. Good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening. Hello brothers. Hello, sisters in Christ. I hope that you all are well in the Lord, I miss you guys this week, this Monday. I hope that your week has been fantastic so far. So today I’m on because I have a prophetic word that comes directly from the word of God. And the Lord spoke to me about this message. And he said, beloved, I want you to prophesy according to the book of Jeremiah. And guys, this word also ties into the last three videos or so where he talked to us about how he was clearing out our land. And while we’re waiting on God to clean up our land of the foreigners that have entered it illegally, the enemy is also attacking us in many different areas of our lives. Why? Because Satan does not want us to take hold of the blessings. Satan does not want us to take hold of promises and promotions that God has spoken to us about that is dwelling in our harvests.

And so guys, this word is going to be a little longer than usual because we’re going to read and review scripture. And so with that being said, it is my hope that you guys, that you miss me, right? And then also that you’ll stick around to hear and receive what the Lord is saying to you today. Why? Because it’s important that we’re grounded. It’s important that we are in the know-how. If we don’t know what God is doing from season to season, we can not be prepared for what the Lord has for us to face. Amen. And finally, you guys know, what do I always tell you, what do I always encourage you to do? You need to test, test, test the spirit, hallelujah, with every word that I speak, or that anyone else says that they are speaking on behalf of God, it is your responsibility to go to God for yourself and ask him whether you’re supposed to be receiving a prophetic word, or if you’re supposed to reject it.

So the topic of today’s word is this. God says, prepare for encounters that will bring challenges because of your anointing. God says, prepare for the encounters that will bring trials because of the heavy anointing that is on your life. And as a result of this, it makes the devil mad. In other words, the Lord needs you to prepare for the challenges of the enemy that will, not if, but that will come against you because of the anointing that is on your life. So why is God saying this right now? He saying this to us, people of God because there are many of you that felt that your transition into your promised land would be easy. There are many of you that feel that your transition should feel easier. And many of you thought that your promises and your promotions would come without opposition but God says that with new levels of victory, so do new levels of the enemy will arise. And God says it will always be an enemy that will await your arrival when he is taking you to the next level of your season. I need to say that again. God says with new levels of promotion, with bigger blessings, and with victories, there are always new demons waiting to come against you.

Therefore, the purpose of today’s prophetic word is for God to speak to you is for God to speak into your life in a way that encourages you to stand firm, hallelujah, in your land to receive your promises, to receive your blessings, and to receive those promotions and have no sorrow added to it. Even as the enemy is attacking you, God wants you and I to have the things that he has given us, and to be able to withstand the attacks of the enemy that comes with the elevation that God is performing in our lives. Glory to God. So God wanted me to use chapters 11 and 12 in the book of Jeremiah to give you a direct and detailed word from the Lord that will outline your journey as you are facing opposition in your promotion, as you are facing opposition while receiving your promises and your blessing. So God asked me to start in the book of Jeremiah chapter 11. Now, guys, I’m not going to read the verses in chapter 11, but I will summarize its content to you.

So in chapter 11 of Jeremiah verses 18 through 19, God reveals to Jeremiah that his enemies are plotting to kill him. And what made matters worse for Jeremiah was that these enemies happened to be people from Jeremiah’s home village. And the Bible says that these people were the men of Anathoth. In other words, these enemies were the very people that were close to Jeremiah. Most of these people were family. A lot of them were connected to him. A lot of them were close to him. Jeremiah had a working relationship with these people. So the Lord is saying here that for many of you, he has already revealed your enemies to you and some of your enemies, not all, but some are connected to you in some way. And just as Jeremiah does in verse 20 of Jeremiah 11, he prays to the Lord and he asks God for protection. Jeremiah also asked God to seek vengeance on his enemy so that he would not be in error.

And after Jeremiah prays to the Lord, God answers him in verses 21 through 23 of Jeremiah, 11, God honors Jeremiah’s prayer. And he promises to punish the ones that have threatened to kill him. Now, at this point, most of us would like to think that God is supposed to move quickly. We expect that God is going to do something about our enemies right away. Most of us would expect that God will deal with our enemies as soon as we pray to him about it. But listen carefully people of God. The Lord is saying that for some of you, it will not happen in this season or the next. God says, repeat that. The Lord says yes, in some cases, the punishment of the wicked will be swift on your behalf. However, in this season and the seasons to come because of the heavy anointing because of the heavy gifting because of the heavy promotion that he has on your life, you will have to face your enemies head-on. And this is before God will punish them. This is before God will vindicate you. This is before God will seek vengeance on your behalf. Hallelujah.

The lord says that many of you have come to a place of questioning whether God is going to do something about your enemy. Many of you are waiting and you’re wondering, where is God? Where is God? He is silent. Is he there? Has he disappeared? Where is he in all of this? Some of you are feeling some type of way as your enemy seemingly is doing whatever it wants to do. Amen. And people of God, our brother Jeremiah felt the same way. Jeremiah felt the same way that you and I feel in this moment in time. He felt some type of way about it that he asked God, the question. So if you open your Bibles to Jeremiah, chapter 12, verses one through four, and I’m going to be reading from the King James version.

And it says. You are always righteous Lord, this is Jeremiah speaking to God. He says you are always righteous Lord when I bring a case before you. Yet, I would speak with you about your justice. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why do all the faithless live at ease? You have planted them and they have taken roots. They grow and they bear fruit. You are always on their lips, but far from their hearts. Yet, you know me, Lord, you see me and test my thoughts about you, drag off like the sheep to be butchered, set them apart for the day of slaughter. How long would the land lie parched and the grass in every field be withered because those who live in it are wicked? The animals and the birds have perished, moreover, the people are saying he will not see what happens to us.

So after reading these verses, we can see that Jeremiah was frustrated and he asked God about why his enemies were laughing at him. Why are his enemies appearing to be prospering so much so, while he is suffering? And so Holy spirit says right now that many of us are at this point. And we are simply just tired of watching our enemies get away with so many things while God is holding us accountable for everything that we do. How many of you can say that you’ve prayed and you’ve prayed and you prayed and you waited and you waited and you’re waiting, but nothing seems to be changing. I know I have. I know I have, but God says beloved here is your answer. God says, first of all, I want you to recognize your present challenge as preparation for what is coming because of the heavy anointing, because of the heavy gifting, because of the heavy promotion that I, the Lord your God have released upon your life.

God says prepare for the challenges that are coming because of these things because the enemy is not happy about it. The enemy is mad about it. The enemy is angry about it. God says because the anointing because the gifting and because the promotions that I have given you are so heavy, you will have to trust him with all your heart and all your soul. God says the only way that you will be able to pursue these things, according to his plan is that you’re gonna have to trust him. The only way that you’re going to be able to seamlessly operate in your gift, you’re going to have to trust him. The only way that you’re going to be able to effectively flow in your anointing is you’re gonna have to trust God. Now I can hear somebody saying right now, well, Shenika, I’m tired. I’m tired of hearing that I have to trust God. I’m tired of hearing that I need to be patient because I’ve been patient. And what I’m seeing is that things are still the same. Nothing is changing.

And child of God, my answer to you is that the Lord hears you, that God understands your plea. But he also says that you’re going to always have to trust him. You’re going to always have to trust him if you want to see the hand of God work for your good in your life. Let me say that again. The Lord says you’re gonna have to trust me if you want to see my hands for your good in your life. Hallelujah. Somebody says, well Shanika, how do I know this to be true? Let’s read it in the book of Jeremiah. Let’s go to chapter 12, verses five through six.

And it says this. If thou has run with the footmen and they have wearied thee, then how can stout contend with the horses? And if the land of peace wherein thou trusted, they wearied thee, then how will thou do in the swelling of Jordan? For even thy brethren and the house of thy father, even they have dealt treacherously with thee. Yee they have called a multitude after thee, believe them not, though they speak fair words unto thee. So what is God saying in the scriptures here, brothers and sisters? God is asking Jeremiah a question. God is asking you and I a question. God is saying if we find the footmen, which symbolize the Anathoth we mentioned in Jeremiah chapter 11, which happened to be Jeremiah’s enemies in his hometown. How can we expect to run up against the horses? How can we expect to run against the giants?

Hallelujah! Basically what God is saying here is if we can’t handle the footmen, the people that are closest to us, the people that are connected to us, the people that we are familiar with, how are we going to handle the enemy that we do not know? How are we going to handle the enemy that we can not see? How are we going to handle the horses and the giants that appear to be much bigger than us, that appear to be stronger than us? God says our present enemies are nothing compared to the ones that we are going to face in our promotions. God says these enemies that we see right now are nothing compared to the ones that we’re going to face in our promises and in our blessings and as we are watching our harvest ripen. And for these reasons, God has to prepare us for the battle.

The Lord says, I am allowing you to contend with the footmen which are the enemies that are small to you right now, which are the enemies that you are very capable of conquering because I need you to be able to contend with the horseman. I need you to be able to contend with the giants in the land because that is where you are headed. That is where the Lord has elevated you to. That is what is in your promised land. God says, for some of you, your next challenge will be by the multitude because the people that are connected to you have called them against you. God says this next challenge will be great because the footmen are no longer a threat to you. These enemies that are before you now are no longer a threat to you. They can’t touch you. They can’t do nothing to you.

And as a result, they’re going to try to sweet talk you, they’re going to try to deceive you. They’re going to try to help you think that things have changed. They’re going to try to prey on your soft side, they’re going to try to sway your emotions in their favor. But God says that your challenge is in it and that you will not need to believe them as these people have not changed. And you must stand firm on knowing that they are truly against you. God says your test, your trials in all of this is that your current enemy is preparing you for your next season. Hallelujah. Your current enemies are preparing you for your next season. They’re preparing you for your elevation. They are preparing you for the promise. They are preparing for you to be able to sustain the blessings, for you to be able to receive those things that are ripening out of your harvest.

God says beloved, you are right where you are supposed to be. You are standing in your land, you have all that God has appointed to you. And there is nothing that the enemy will be able to do to take it away from you. God says your challenge, your encounter with the enemy in the season is because he’s preparing you for the bigger, he’s preparing you to contend against the giants that are already in your land. And God says, in order to conquer the encounters that he is sending your way, you must trust him. You must trust him even as it appears that the enemy is prospering. God says you must trust me even as the enemy is appearing to be mocking you. God says you must trust me when it seems that the enemy is getting away with his wicked deeds. Why says the Lord? Because we need not to forget the promise that God gave Jeremiah and his beloved children in chapter 11 verses 21 through 23. I want to read this to you.

It says, therefore, thus sayeth the Lord of the men of Anathoth that seek thy life saying prophecy not in the name of the Lord that thou die, not by our hand. Therefore, thus sayeth the Lord of hosts. Behold, I will punish them. The young men shall die by the sword, their sons and their daughters shall die by famine. And there shall be no remnant of them, for I will bring evil upon the men of Anathoth even the year of visitation. God says you can do this. God said he never promised that this walk would be peaches and ice cream. God says he never told you that even as you’re receiving your promises and your blessings that it would be easy. God says he will punish. God says he will deal with your enemies. But meanwhile, he needs for you to focus on contending with the horseman so that you will have the victory with the giants as you are entering into your season of elevation, as you are entering into your season of promotion, Hallelujah. God says, keep your eyes on him. God says, keep your eyes on the prize. God says, keep your eyes on what he will have you do in this moment of time. The Lord says, these are my words. Take head says the living God. Glory to God, hallelujah.

So, people of God, the Lord wants us to enjoy our gifts. He wants us to enjoy our blessings. He wants us to enjoy our promises and our promotions to the fullest. God wants us to embrace our anointing. And in order for this to happen, God has to give us the good he has to give us the bad he has to give us the in-between. Why? Because with the gifts, with the promises, with the anointing, with the promotion, God is giving to his people in this hour. They also come with heavy challenges. They come with encounters from the enemy. They come from giants. They come from horsemen. And with us knowing that the Lord needs for us to be able to stand, God wants us to be ready. God wants us to be in position to overcome these encounters so we can enjoy the fruits of our harvest. Hallelujah.

End
