Scarcity

People of God,

This word is a string reminder to what is already happening in the world but, it is hidden in plain sight.

The Lord said that many within the Body of Christ are not paying attention. The people see and hear will not wake up.

The Lord is saying that we are hearing but we are not listening.

What is the difference between hearing and listening? Hearing is passive, your hear something but you don’t retain it. But when you are listening, there is an intent to pay attention to what is being said. There is a desire to learn from or understand what you hear so that you can retain the information. Hallelujah!

You all know my stance, test the spirit behind this message AND I also have a video in the description box if you need help on testing this word.

So guys this word comes from Proverbs 6:6-11 as well as my own personal experiences as it relates to scarcity, and I will share an example at the end of this message.

People of God, if you have your bibles, you are welcome to read along with me in the book of Proverbs 6:6-11. I am reading from the KJV.

It says:

Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:

Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler,

Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.

How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?

10 Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:

11 So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man.

So the immediate interpretation of these verses imply to us that laziness is another way a person can become destitute. Solomon tells his son to consider the ant. Without supervision, it works hard to meet its needs both present and future. Unless a person works, poverty will overtake him as surely as a robber or an armed man overtakes his victim. Here, the general principles are seen in common sense, meaning wasted opportunities cannot be “made up” when times get hard.

But the revelation I received from these verses in addition to the interpretation is, it’s no longer time for us to get prepared. But that time has already arrived where we should have strategies in place for future survival. Amen?

We have already been seeing shortages in the news, and it’s been evident, it’s been hidden in plain sight.

But the problem people of God is that many of us are complacent, many of us are comfortable, right? and we haven’t really prepared because we don’t see this stuff at our front door.

Let’s be honest, some of us have not experienced lack in areas that may be detrimental to our lives. Some of us don’t know what it’s like to go without food or water for extended periods of time, amen?

But the Lord says the time is coming where when you need something, that thing that has been hidden in plain sight is suddenly going to become your revelation and its suddenly gonna become your reminder in that you should have been prepared.

So with that being said,

God wants to give us clear a simple instructions on how we shall proceed in being prepared for what will eventually come regarding food, water, and other resources.

Why? Because we are not prepared, we will become destitute. What does destitute mean? It means for a person to go without the basic necessities such as food and water, amen?

So this is what the Lord says:

Do not procrastinate any longer and get your house in order, meaning do what you need to do to maintain your food and water supply, meaning start the process of learning how to grow your food. Do what you need to do to have a means to preserve your resources because at some point, basic necessities will not be available.

God says to repeat that:

Do not procrastinate any longer and get your house in order. Do what you need to do to maintain your food and water supply, meaning start the process of learning how to grow your own food. Do what you need to do to have a means to preserve your resources because at some point, basic necessities will not be available.

Why?

Because again, there will come a time where shelves will stay empty at the grocery store. There will come a time where medicine will not be available for the sick. There will come a time where equipment or other resources to preserve your household will not be available.

The Lord says NOW is the time to prepare yourself for what will come.

And His question to you today is, will you be prepared or will you be caught off guard.

God says open your eyes to more scarcity that will be happening in the world.

That is the word from the Lord today.

So people of God I want to share an example of how close to home scarcity really is for many of us and how this word is already been confirmed.

There is a food item that I buy and for the past 2 months, this item has not been available at the grocery store.

But in the past, when this item would sell out, all I had to do was wait a couple days, and then I could go back and buy it.

Now, it’s looking like the food item is not coming back to the store, because it’s been 2 months already.

Now I want to point out that this food item is not necessary to eat to survive, I just like it!

But it is an example of how scarcity is going to unfold for many people. It’s going to start off with items that you don’t necessarily need and then eventually, there will be scarcity in items that are needed to survive.

And it also depends in where you live and your economic status that will determine, I believe how quickly scarcity is going to manifest in people lives.

People of God,

This is why the Lord used proverbs 6 to show us how important it is for us to work diligently and prepare our households for the present and the future as it relates to our resources.

And understand that when we implement the wisdom given to us in proverbs, the Lord promises to be our keeper. The Lord promises to provide for us as we seek His wisdom. Praise God!

I don’t know how soon scarcity is going to hit our own front doors, but we know that it is inevitable .

Therefore we must open our eyes, take responsibility and prepare in the best way we know how, amen?
